This section has been put together for the curious fans out there. There's a little bit of information about how this website got started and whatnot. So, if you're wondering who we are, and what we do... Keep reading below! If not, then go watch some more videos!

Our names are Serge Goulet and Joel Goulet, and we are responsible for the creation of GouletFilms.com. Of course, we've had much help throughout the way, but it all started when we decided it would be cool to make our own version of the "Hicktown" music video by Jason Aldean. We absolutely loved the original music video, and enjoyed similar hobbies as portrayed by Jason. We already had various video footage of ourselves and our toys. So we came up with a "company name" for the intro of our Hicktown remake, and started editing. At this point, we had no idea that GouletFilms would turn into an actual website of this magnitude. Once the video was done, everyone loved it. And by everyone, we mean the few family members and friends that saw the video. But nonetheless, we were proud. So we continued to run the video cameras, and added to the Hicktown, making it better and better. Before we knew it, we were purchasing a domain name for this website!

We have our amazing parents, Gates and Sylvie Goulet, to blame for our addiction to motorsports!! They started us off years ago with a mini quad, and a small sled. Our passion for things with motors quickly developed! As we grew older, we found out that our parents planned project trucks for us. Thanks to their remarkable support, Project Mud-Nut and Project AdrenaLime came to life after a total of 6 years of wrenching (approximately 3 years each). Both of these trucks changed our lives, and to this day, we are still tremendously grateful for these trucks. Futhermore, to your left is our parents garage, which is where all the magic happens. We practically grew up in that garage, and being located out in the country helped us enjoy all our hobbies at their greatest potential. We really must thank our parents for their patience, dealing with some of our crazy ideas and requests couldn't have been easy. Thanks for everything Mom and Dad. We love you guys!

We were born and raised in the small northern town of Geraldton, Ontario. The majority of the footage and photographs seen on this site are based out of Geraldton and the surrounding areas (including Thunder Bay, Atikokan, and so on). Growing up in the country, just outside a small town, has shaped our attitude towards life and we are proud of who we are and where we come from. Currently, Serge is taking Mechanical Engineering at Lakehead University, and Joel is taking Welding and Fabrication at Cambrian College. We're always busy and full of ideas, and using our aquired skills isn't a problem. Designing and building a 4-link suspension is just the beginning of the many projects on our minds. We have big dreams, and we hope to progress through life and be able to accomplish them.

And last, but certainly not least, there's a special thanks that goes out to our good friends Robert Gagnon and Kevin Currie. Although these guys are old men (one of them is bald, by choice apparently?), we spend an incredible amount of time together. Particularly, mudding our trucks, breaking our trucks, fixing our trucks, and then repeating the process all over again. Without these guys, this website may not exist, and we have a blast out there wheeling together! They have been there from the beginning of our 4x4 days, and we know they'll continue to be there for many years to come. Thanks Rob and Kevin! And of course, there are many other supportive friends out there as well, and we are thankful for every single one of you guys and girls. Thanks everyone!
